How to use this FAQ
The questions below cover the topics people usually need before choosing a cohort: cadence, lesson structure, materials, and what happens after you send a request. For anything schedule-specific, we will confirm the current calendar by email.
Dates and cohorts
Starts vary by track; webinars are announced as dated sessions. We share the current list after your request.

What topics and tracks are available?
Elyvorax School teaches languages (English, Arabic, Chinese), AI literacy, programming foundations, practical digital skills, and personal development modules. Each track is built as a sequence: lesson objective, guided practice, review, and a summative checkpoint.
For languages, the work is deliberately granular: pronunciation drills, error logging, and retrieval practice. For AI and programming, sessions include short, testable exercises—prompt constraints, data handling basics, code reading, and small implementation tasks.
How long are lessons and how long is a course?
A typical lesson is 60–75 minutes. Many modules run for 2–3 weeks, with practice tasks and a planned review loop (spaced repetition rather than cramming). Intensives compress a module into a tighter calendar while keeping the same outcome targets.
If you prefer a lighter cadence, you can still work through a module at a steadier pace. The key is consistency: short practice plus a predictable checkpoint is usually more durable than occasional long sessions.
Do you offer online courses, webinars, masterclasses, and intensives?
Yes. Courses are cohort-based sequences designed for multi-week progression. Webinars are live, topic-focused sessions with a defined agenda, Q&A, and a follow-up task list. Masterclasses go deeper into a method or tool and typically include structured practice.
If you want a compact, high-momentum option, intensives place more learning events in a shorter period. That can be effective when you can commit to a strict calendar.
How do I enroll or purchase a program?
Enrollment begins with a short request form. We reply with the current calendar (cohort start windows and upcoming webinar dates) and the next steps for the track you selected. This keeps the process accurate when schedules shift and avoids stale “fixed date” pages.
If you already know what you want, specify the track and preferred format in your message. We will confirm availability and send the correct enrollment instructions by email.
What do “practice-first” assignments look like?
Assignments are designed to be checkable, not theatrical. Language tracks use short recordings, targeted drills, and error logs that you re-run across weeks. Programming and AI tracks use small exercises with clear acceptance criteria—reading code, making a change, running a quick test, and reflecting on what changed.
Each module includes at least one summative checkpoint. Think of it as “show me you can do the thing” rather than “tell me you watched the thing”. That keeps goals aligned to Bloom’s taxonomy and prevents vague progress.
Will I receive materials and recordings?
Many tracks include written lesson outlines, practice prompts, and review checklists that you can reuse. For webinars, recordings may be available depending on the session and licensing constraints. If a webinar includes third-party examples that cannot be redistributed, we provide an equivalent practice pack instead.
If you need materials for accessibility or scheduling reasons, mention it in your request and we will confirm what is included for the track you choose.
Do you provide certificates?
Some cohorts include a completion confirmation. When offered, it reflects participation and completion of the planned checkpoints. It is not a regulated qualification and it is not a guarantee of employment, promotion, or professional licensing.
If a certificate is important for your context, tell us the purpose and we will confirm whether the selected program includes one.
How do you handle payments and invoices?
Pricing and payment steps depend on the cohort and format. We share the current options by email after your request, including what is included (sessions, materials, feedback, and any office-hour windows). For business purchases, we can provide invoice details based on the information you supply.
If you have a deadline for procurement or need specific invoice fields, include that in your message so we can reply with the required details in one step.
How quickly will you respond to my request?
We reply within 1 business day. If your request includes a specific date window, we answer with a simple “available / not available” first, then follow with the detailed schedule to keep the exchange efficient.
If you do not receive a reply, check spam filters and consider emailing [email protected] directly.
